Assistant Director, CFW
Amilee focuses on training and equipping New Yorkers in integrating theology and practice. She facilitates learning and engagement across all of CFW's programming and supports Redeemer's Gotham Fellowship leadership development program. Prior to joining CFW in 2009, Amilee worked for Starbucks Coffee Co., where over her tenure, she managed several stores throughout Manhattan, training and developing people and serving as a brand ambassador for the company.
Although Amilee has lived in New York City since 2003, she grew up near Philadelphia, and spent several years in Buffalo, NY and Colorado. She studied Flute Performance and now enjoys freelancing with various musical organizations in the city. After completing the Gotham Fellows program (2009), she reflected on her work at Starbucks through a new lens (“Coffee Girl” and “Repairing the Garden”). She's enthusiastic about city-life in general, and loves great coffee and great theatre specifically. Amilee, her husband, Dan, their two young children (a strong, spunky daughter, Olyvia, and a joyful, inquisitive son, Elijah) live on the Upper West Side.
