City Lab is a ministry training experience open to any New York City pastor or church leadership team.

Join pastors from across the five boroughs for a talk by Timothy Keller, a special guest speaker, and a round table discussion to work out these ideas in your ministry.

Global cities need dozens of new churches. No single church, network or denomination can do the task; Redeemer City to City works with local leaders across networks and denominations to develop a pipeline of new church plants in the city. Learn more about City to City.

2016-2017 Making Disciples in the City

We all agree that making disciples is a must. Yet we don't all agree on what discipleship is and what it should accomplish. How can ministry leaders disciple overworked, transient city dwellers in an urban environment that competes for their attention? And how do we know if it's making a difference?

In this series, we will rediscover the definition of discipleship, explore defective discipleship models, and address topics of particular relevance to the urban context. Join leaders from across the five boroughs for talks by Tim Keller, insights from guest speakers, and workshops to work out these ideas in your life and ministry.

Dates:

Sept 8, Nov 3, Jan 12, Mar 2, May 11

150 West 83rd Street between Amsterdam & Columbus, 5th Floor
Thursday afternoons, 2-5pm

Participants must be registered to attend.
