It’s been a significant year for City to City Asia Pacific. We had four incredibly powerful events across the region that have changed the trajectory of City to City Asia Pacific and enabled us to reach more cities with the gospel than ever before. The year kicked off with the City to City Korea conference in Seoul where 4,000 people gathered on the first evening to hear Tim Keller speak on suffering viewed through the lens of the gospel and then more than 1,200 pastors met for the next two days to hear more teaching on gospel, city and movement. Then Tim traveled to Taipei for a fundraising event. In preparation, the board and City to City leaders from Asia Pacific and NYC strategized, prayed and felt God leading them to have a vision to plant 400 churches. The sixth annual Asia Pacific International Intensive training was held in May. People gathered in Taipei from two continents, seven countries and twelve cities for one reason: to learn how to start gospel-centered churches in urban contexts. In November, 81 city network leaders, supporters, and City to City Asia Pacific board members from 16 countries and 24 cities in Asia Pacific gathered in Kuala Lumpur for the annual Network Leaders Meeting. It was here that we shared the vision for planting 400 new churches (Vision 400) by 2021 with our leaders. We are enthused that they have grasped the vision and are taking it back to their cities and networks. So many doors and opportunities lie before us. City to City helps us engage with these opportunities in creative and fruitful ways.We need City to City, and City to City needs you.Would you help them help us head into 2019 with great resources?
