Assistant Director, Church Planting Catalyst
As a catalyst, Guy helps CTC reach its ambitious church planting goals throughout center city Manhattan by recruiting and assessing new church planters, developing new strategies to raise up and release younger leaders and inspiring existing churches to become generative church planting ecosystems. Basically, Guy’s around to build relationships and mobilize the church toward exponential growth.
Before moving to New York City in August of 2009 to plant a church (Trinity Grace East Village), he served in small, medium and large churches in both suburban and urban contexts. The variety of ministry settings and roles, paired with his passion to help maximize people and organizations toward their full redemptive potential, makes Guy a great fit for this role.
He has an earned Masters in Theology and a Masters in Organizational Leadership from Regent University, and is currently a Doctoral candidate in Strategic Leadership at Capital Seminary. He lives in the East Village of Manhattan with his wife Rebecca, their three daughters and a puppy named Wrigley.
