Director, City Ministry Year
Redeemer City to City’s City Ministry Year (CMY) is a certificate program of practical ministry training consisting of lectures, cohort-based workshops, and a ministry mentorship covering ministry subjects such as preaching, urban ministry, pastoral leadership, cultural engagement, mission and pastoring. This new program will launch in August 2017 and is an important program of a pastoral leadership pipeline to develop leaders who seek to serve the movement of gospel ministry in NYC and beyond.
The CMY Director will direct, organize and execute the launch and ongoing activities of the CMY program as well as direct and develop all CMY program functions of recruitment, student experience, curriculum fulfillment, mentoring and communications. Send resumes to [email protected].
NYC Training Coordinator
The NYC Training Coordinator works with the New York City team to execute and support the training programs that are in line with Redeemer City to City’s (CTC) New York City ten-year plan. Programs include but are not limited to:
+ Apprentice Program – a nine-month program to equip young leaders in NYC churches
+ Fellows Program – a one-year training program for future NYC church planters
+ Urban Church Planter Incubator – a two-year training program to support NYC church planters as they launch new congregations
+ The Lab – a two-year training program for outer borough church planters and pastors who generally minister bi-vocationally
