Katie works with projects, initiatives and policies that help CTC run better. This can include anything from building out our new employee on-boarding processes, improving staff communication and planning, or facilitating conversations about how to improve our staff culture. Operations has a hand in it all. Prior to this, she spend 3 years managing programs related to CTC's work in Asia Pacific and Latin America.
Katie studied Business, Art and Community Development at Covenant College and is currently working on a Masters in Arts and Cultural Management at Pratt Institute here in New York City.
