ABOUT REDEEMER CITY TO CITY
Redeemer City to City (CTC) is a non-profit organization that prayerfully recruits, trains, coaches and resources leaders who cultivate gospel movements in global cities. CTC was co-founded and is chaired by Tim Keller. The team is based in New York City and overseas, and is at work in the global cities of Africa, Asia, Australia, North America, Latin America, the Middle East and Europe.
CTC’s core competencies are urban church planting, leadership development and content creation.
To date, CTC has helped to start 421 new churches in 56 cities. CTC has also trained 13,000+ new leaders in city ministry and evangelism, published 28 resources to help recruit, empower and develop these leaders, and helped to form 50 gospel networks around the globe.
All of this is done to help bring the gospel of Jesus Christ to cities.

CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Steve Shackelford oversees the development, oversight and execution of the global strategy of Redeemer City to City as Chief Executive Officer.
He comes to CTC with a long history of business and leadership experience—from his tenure with PWC, an international accounting firm that included stints in Paris and New York, to his senior leadership roles in the real estate sector with CNL, an Orlando, Florida based private investment management firm. Most recently, Steve served as President of one of the largest business development companies in the United States, co-advised by CNL and KKR, a leading global investment management firm.
Steve and his high school sweetheart, Lisa, have been married for 30 years. They have three adult children and one grandson. Their children live in Atlanta, Brooklyn and Nashville.
Steve enjoys running, tennis, travel and history. After 20 years in Orlando, he and Lisa have relocated to the Upper West Side of NYC.
SENIOR DIRECTOR, PARTNER ENGAGEMENT
Doug leads the advancement efforts that support CTC's rapidly growing global footprint. He views his role as a calling to help faithful stewards grow in generosity.
Doug brings over 15 years of experience in developing key partnerships for charitable organizations. He also brings two decades of marketplace experience in communications, strategic selling, and business planning. His passions are mission clarity, strategic planning and execution, and cohesive integration of all communication platforms that are working toward mission advancement.
Doug is married to Susan and they have four children. After 28 years in Virginia, they are now living in the Washington Heights neighborhood of Manhattan with their 18-year old son, Brady.

Rebekah creates community and engagement opportunities for those who financially support the CTC mission. Additionally, she manages advancement proposal development and reporting. She is excited to bring her passion for hospitality to the donor experience.
